Sunday: 2 x 30min / 2min with HR cap at 155

Originally intended to row this with a HR cap at 150, but my HR was a bit high to start with and my RPE was pretty much the same as yesterday, but with HR about 5 beats higher.

Disappointed that my HR was so high, but it was a pretty low intensity session.
