That looks remarkably close to my excel version of an Olbrecht style plan. Your excel is more beautified. Are you going to detail all session for the entire cycle or will you do that on a weekly basis like I do?
I’m not sure how it will work out. The strength sessions don’t take that long, maybe 30 minutes or so. I’m hoping I can do them at the end of the day, or during lunch 2 days a week.
The thing that will be tough is finding time for the steady state volume. Especially when I’m on the water, it’s not very time efficient.

By the way I am intrigued to see that you’re adding strength. With your new job and such, can you add another session?
