Plan:
- 30′ jog at 1.5% grade at 6.0 mph
- 30′ incline walk at 15% grade and 2.7 mph
As it turned out, I mis programmed the treadmill for the incline walk so I got an 8′ walk instead of 30, so I tacked another 30′ on after that.
I adjusted speed to keep my HR around 145-150.
Now, I head to the airport and eventually home. I’m looking forward to being home, but not the journey.
