30 minutes on the elliptical trainer, aiming to keep my HR between 137 and 143. Then 40 minutes on the inclined treadmill aiming to keep my HR below 157.
So. Very. Boring.
Tomorrow: Same thing, but much earlier in the morning. I have an 8:30 flight out of San Diego.
How can you survive that? I have difficulty concentrating for 10 minutes on the elliptical.

There’s not much to concentrate on a elliptical – you just need to survive time. 😀

I was watching ESPN sports center. I’m not sure why I find it so much more tedious than rowing on the erg, but the time just crawls by glacially.
