Pushed it a bit harder today. HR was higher, but lactate was lower. I think I will stick with 192W for now.

I noticed you are really posting everything on WordPress. How’s your strategy now? Everything on WP, something on IndoorSportServices, something on Free Spirits Forum?

It is much better. I can put together a post much faster, and I don’t need to deal with photobucket anymore. It’s also great having tags and categories so I can find things later. The one downside and its a big one is that there is not a big crowd of knowledgeable rowers posting stuff all in one place and helping each other like on ISS blogs.
