Interesting wave pattern in the R20 steady state. Also, lovely bird song in some of the drill videos. 🙂
Not sure about your definition of gentle, but I think your rowing is improving through all the drills. There are still hints of “over the barrel” rowing, and you are still breaking the knees early, but everything is going in the right direction. Remember, in rowing, there is always some technique flaw to work on.

It’s really a beautiful place to row. The down side is that it’s short (~3K) and even the 3km has some significant turns in it. But it’s sheltered, scenic and very low traffic. I love it.
