Friday: 1×20′ + 3×20/1’r

My routine was all messed up on Friday.  I had to give one omy kids a ride to a conference he was attending at BC, and then I had a Doctor’s appt at 11.  In between, I snuck in a 20 minute lactate test.

190W –> 2.0 mmol/l (excellent, right in range)
